On April 4, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City, VietGuys Joint Stock Company (VietGuys), BYTE Technology Joint Stock Company (PangoCDP), and To Qua Digital Marketing Joint Stock Company (UrBox) held a signing ceremony for a Strategic Cooperation agreement. The aim of this collaboration is to work towards a common goal of providing optimal technology solutions and bringing comprehensive benefits to enterprise customers.

The signing ceremony included representatives from each party. UrBox is a provider of electronic gift solutions and customer loyalty programs for businesses, with over 7 years of experience. 

VietGuys is one of the pioneering Mobile Marketing solution providers in the market with over 16 years of experience and is currently a member of the Accrete Inc. group – a leading international SMS service provider in Japan. VietGuys has been recognized as one of the “Top 200 Outstanding Companies in Asia with Revenue under 10 billion USD” by Forbes Asia.

ByteTech is the company that owns and develops the customer data platform solution called PangoCDP. PangoCDP helps businesses effectively manage and utilize customer data to implement comprehensive customer interaction and care scenarios on “The Master Channel” to increase revenue and achieve sustainable development.

Based on the exploration of the potential and leveraging the advantages of each party, all three parties have reached an agreement and collaborated on developing a shared product framework with automated customer care features through “The Master Channel”. This includes integrating solutions such as SMS, ZNS and attractive reward service (Vouchers) based on the PangoCDP platform to enhance the service of each party and provide a customer experience.

Prior to this, ByteTech and VietGuys had also signed a partnership to upgrade their respective products and services under a shared development strategy called “Build and Warm the Master Channel.” “The Master Channel” is a concept that every business needs to “nurture” customer relationships based on the power of data. The concept was initiated by the PangoCDP team and PhD. Dinh Mong Kha and is defined as the primary interaction channel that helps businesses connect with customers effectively.

When compared to the concept of Omnichannel, investing in The Master Channel means focusing resources on a primary channel to create better customer experiences at a lower cost. The Master Channel is built on the foundation of customer data and integrates popular Super Apps like Zalo, MoMo and others.
