Event Details

With a much larger scale compared to previous seasons, the event will be held at the Nguyen Du Gymnasium  – 116 Nguyen Du Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, on March 22 and 23, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

If you’re a representative from FMCG brands specializing in diapers, milk, cosmetics, or agencies in this field, the event will provide you with the latest insights through direct experiences in the role of a customer. In addition, expert “tour guides” in data and marketing will present and explain the entire underlying platform, including PangoCDP, Zalo Mini App, and Giftee’s Digital Reward platform.

Attendees will be divided into groups of 5-10 members and guided by a “tour guide” through interactive tours lasting 15-20 minutes. They will be presented with scenarios of online interaction and directly experience offline store visits, as well as play games to win prizes.

After completing the “tour,” guests will join specialized workshops to hear from industry experts sharing insights on The Master Channel concept for FMCG, including cosmetics, milk, diapers, and functional foods, the importance of exciting experiences, how to build The Ideal Master Channel – The Engagement Channel, and the synergy of retail chains like Guardian in the customer interaction journey.

A reputable team of speakers from VietGuys – Guardian – Dentsu X – ByteTech will lead the specialized class for FMCG (cosmetics, milk, diapers, functional foods) at 10:30 AM on March 22 and 11:10 AM on March 23.
