The return of “Build and Warm the Master Channel” – season 5 will go beyond the typical “talk & talk” or “booth & booth” format, expanding into an “Online to Offline Interactive Exhibition.” This exhibition features direct interactions with a series of continuous demo scenarios, simulating the purchasing journey and the flow of data from Online to Offline over the course of 2 days.
The event is completely free for those interested in Marketing and Technology. By attending the event, you will experience the role of a customer with FMCG brands, retailers, F&B, services, etc. With PangoCDP and “The Master Channel,” business owners and marketers will “see through”the data journey and master technology to build sustainable connections with customers.
Organized by PangoCDP, VietGuys, and partners Giftee, Dentsu X, Zalo Mini App, and Creative Point, the event promises a series of engaging Online to Offline interactive experiences on The Master Channel.
Guests will participate in themed “tours” such as FMCG, Retail, F&B, or Gamification, experiencing real-life scenarios as customers, followed by knowledge sharing sessions led by C-Level speakers from leading companies such as Dentsu X, Giftee, Guardian, Inn Saigon, VietGuys, Circle K, CellphoneS, Couple TX, PangoCDP, Zalo Mini App, Zalo OA, and Creative Point.

During the two-day event, there will be four sessions divided as follows:
- Morning Sessions (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Demo tours and specialized classes for FMCG.
- Afternoon Sessions (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM): Demo tours and specialized classes for Retail and F&B.
Guests will be guided through demo experiences lasting 15-20 minutes, including interactions with online advertisements, followed by moving to offline stores to redeem real vouchers.
Online Area
- Participants will be guided into the “online world” to meet renowned agencies in the market, Super App platform providers, and gain fresh perspectives and knowledge on new media trends – the need to transform Media into data and then into sales.
- Participants will experience live demos to clearly see the “shape” of data, starting from media interactions, and the conversion effects from stimulating interactions with games. Complex technology concepts will be simplified, unleashing creative energy for marketers and maximizing the conversion efficiency of any campaign.
Offline Area
- Participants experiencing the Online area will receive numerous discount vouchers to use in the Offline area and track the journey of all data from Online to Offline.
- Experiences in the Offline area will also be vivid, colorful, attractive, and create the most natural connection between brands and customers.
- More than 12 well-known retail stores, convenience store chains, FMCG sales points, F&B chains, and more will participate in the exhibition.
Note: As seating for specialized classes is limited, guests are required to register and arrive at least 45 minutes before the class starts to arrange for the interactive tour experience and subsequently join the class.
