In the recent event “Build and Warm The Master Channel – Season 4: The Future That Has Been Seen”, Mr. Le Anh Tu – Senior Product Manager, representing Zalo Mini App, officially announced that PangoCDP – VietGuys is the first and only Solution Partner of Zalo Mini App as of the current moment

This is an important milestone that highlights our efforts in accompanying businesses to interact and engage with customers through outstanding experiences via “The Master Channel“.

PangoCDP is the entity that owns and develops the customer data platform solution.  Aiming to help businesses in effectively manage and utilize customer data to interact with and comprehensively care for customers across “The Master Channel”. Derived from the desire to help businesses deliver diverse, interesting, and useful experience to users through the primary interaction channel known as “The Master Channel” which in this case is Zalo; PangoCDP and VietGuys have collaborated with Zalo Mini App to develop a Mini App ecosystem for fast – moving consumer goods (FMCG), retails, and food and beverage(F&B), industries and more. 

“The Master Channel” is a concept initiated by the PangoCDP team and PhD. Dinh Mong Kha. It is defined as the primary interaction channel that helps businesses connect with customers. Compared to the concept of Omnichannel, when businesses invest in “The Master Channel”, they concentrate resources on one main channel to create better experiences for customers at a lower cost. “The Master Channel” is built on the foundation of customer data combined with popular Super Apps and Social Apps such as Zalo, MoMo and others. 

Zalo Mini App is a solution within the Zalo Cloud ecosystem. Mini Apps are applications developed and placed “inside” Zalo. Businesses can develop unlimited Mini Apps to serve different purposes, ranging from ordering, shopping, and payment to customer care activities such as point accumulation and loyalty programs.
