By participating in the quiz, pharmacists also have the chance to win attractive prizes from Opella Vietnam, such as computer mice, headphones, water bottles, mobile top-up cards, and more.
The program incorporates the Gamifying The Master Channel solution with a lively game interface that seamlessly integrates Opella Vietnam’s brand elements into every detail. This approach helps participants easily form strong and lasting impressions of the brand.

“Recharge Your Energy – Celebrate a Colorful Tết” Minigame Powered by Gamifying The Master Channel
Earlier during the Tết holiday season, Opella Vietnam collaborated with The Master Channel to launch the minigame “Recharge Your Energy – Celebrate a Colorful Tết”. Featuring fun quiz questions and a Lucky Wheel, the game offered pharmacists a festive opportunity to welcome the new year with luck and rewards.
To spread the word, Opella Vietnam partnered with The Master Channel to send Zalo UID messages inviting pharmacists to join the game and win exciting prizes. Medical representatives also acted as key connectors, introducing the campaign and fostering stronger relationships with pharmacists.
By clicking the CTA button in the message, pharmacists were directed to an infographic post where they could learn more and answer quiz questions. With 5 correct answers, participants earned a spin on the Lucky Wheel for a chance to win appealing gifts such as straw bags, water bottles, handheld fans, notebooks, and more. The entire experience was seamless on the Zalo Mini App, ensuring convenience for pharmacists.
Upon winning, pharmacists received a congratulatory UID message from Opella Vietnam’s Zalo Official Account, along with a thank-you note for participating in the campaign.
Results
Opella Vietnam successfully collaborated on the Gamifying The Master Channel campaign, delivering impressive outcomes and attracting strong engagement from pharmacists in just one week of implementation:
- The “Recharge Your Energy – Celebrate a Colorful Tết” program featuring the Lucky Wheel game attracted nearly 5,000 pharmacist registrations, achieving 119.05% of the original target.
- Meanwhile, the “Learn Smart – Win Big” program also recorded over 3,000 pharmacist sign-ups.
- The campaign contributed to the growth of over 9,000 new Zalo OA followers, opening future opportunities for Opella Vietnam to re-engage pharmacists with meaningful updates and programs.
This success not only highlights the strong appeal of the campaign but also helps Opella Vietnam reinforce its position and build long-lasting relationships with the pharmacist community on its journey to improving public health.
