“The Master Channel” is a concept initiated by PhD. Dinh Mong Kha and the PangoCDP team, comprising methods and toolsets to help businesses build their primary interaction channel with customers. Compared to the concept of “Omni Channel,” when a business invests in The Master Channel, it means focusing resources on a primary channel to create better customer experiences at a lower cost.
In the previous four seasons of the “Build and Warm the Master Channel” event series, over 3000 attendees, including Managers, C-Level executives, and Business Owners from leading companies in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, F&B, services, and more, have participated and provided very positive feedback. The return of “Build and Warm the Master Channel” – season 5 will go beyond the usual “talk & talk” or “booth & booth” formats, expanding into an “Online to Offline Interactive Exhibition”. This is a direct interactive exhibition featuring a series of continuous demo scenarios, simulating the shopping journey and data flow from Online to Offline over 2 days.
Attendees will experience the role of customers of FMCG brands, retailers, F&B, services, etc. With PangoCDP and “The Master Channel,” business owners and marketers will “see through” the data journey and master technology to build sustainable connections with customers.

The event, organized by PangoCDP, VietGuys, and partners Giftee, Dentsu X, Zalo Mini App, and Creative Point, promises a series of engaging Online to Offline interactive experiences on The Master Channel. Guests will participate in themed “tours” such as FMCG, Retail, F&B, or Gamification. They’ll engage in real-life experiences as customers, followed by knowledge-sharing sessions led by more than 10 C-Level speakers from industry-leading companies such as Dentsu X, Giftee, Guardian, Inn Saigon, VietGuys, Circle K, CellphoneS, Couple TX, PangoCDP, Zalo, and Creative Point, HypurX.
During the two-day event, there will be four sessions divided as follows:
- Morning Sessions (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Demo tours and specialized classes for FMCG.
- Afternoon Sessions (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM): Demo tours and specialized classes for Retail and F&B.
Guests will be guided through demo experiences lasting 15-20 minutes, including interactions with online advertisements, followed by moving to offline stores to redeem real vouchers.
Online Area
- Participants will be guided into the “online world” to meet renowned agencies in the market, Super App platform providers, and gain fresh perspectives and knowledge on new media trends – the need to transform Media into data and then into sales.
- Participants will experience live demos to clearly see the “shape” of data, starting from media interactions, and the conversion effects from stimulating interactions with games. Offline Area
