- We’re looking for a Senior Solution Specialist that is a mix between marketing creativity and system capability to build up customer specific solutions related to CDP, CRM or Loyalty.
- Manages the complexity of data & system integration, able to bring up a do-able proof of concepts
- Developing use case, automation workflow to prove the benefit of the CDP to C-Level in long run
- Working directly with CEO, Business Director & Solution Manager to align the solution and the allowed budget in sales/pilot phase
- Continuing with review and enhance the solution, use cases that applied to enterprise in maintaining phase

- Understand Customer Needs: Meet with customers, understand their needs, and assess how our products or services can help address those needs.
- Product or Service Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of our product or service and present its features and benefits to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Build Solutions: Create custom solutions based on specific customer needs and explain how our product or service can solve their problems.
- Set Up Tests and Demos: Create test models or product demos to illustrate how our product or service works and addresses customer issues.
- Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and feedback, and help them create and negotiate contracts.
- Collaboration and Communication: Interact closely with stakeholders within the organization to ensure that customer information and requirements are effectively communicated.
- High creativity and system understanding. Used to master one or more of the listed systems: CDP, Marketing Cloud, CRM, Loyalty.
- Customer retention, loyalty or CRM background is a MUST
- Experienced in building customer journey/customer engagement/customer retention flow for FMCG, Retail, F&B, …
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
